Rapid detox programs can complete the protocol in one to two days, speeding the process using medications to ease your discomfort. Each step is taken to reduce your discomfort and relapse potential.
Medical detox at our luxury rehab center uses a personalized and tailored program to meet your needs. The process starts with an assessment to determine the steps for stabilization and the best setting for your detox program – residential, outpatient, tapering, or rapid detox. At Boca Recovery Center, we recognize that recovery doesn’t end with inpatient treatment. While we do not provide an on-site Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), we help guide clients toward trusted nearby providers who specialize in this level of care. IOPs typically offer 9 to 20 hours of structured treatment per week, tailored to each individual’s needs and may include evidence-based therapy, medication management, and peer support. These programs allow clients to begin reintegrating into work, school, or family life while maintaining a strong therapeutic foundation. Our team ensures that every referral supports continuity of care and empowers each person’s ongoing recovery journey.

While we do not offer outpatient services directly, we refer individuals to trusted local providers who specialize in outpatient treatment. Christopher Ferry is an experienced leader in behavioral healthcare, having owned and operated several facilities before founding Boca Recovery Center in 2016. He has overseen the operation and growth of Boca Recovery Center, expanding it from a singular treatment facility into a nationwide provider. Christopher is a Certified National Master Interventionist, receiving his certification from the National Association of Drug & Alcohol Interventionists. Additionally, he embarked on his journey to sobriety on 2/21/13. Christopher has also extensively studied marketing and business development, remaining hands-on with all marketing efforts.

Joe grew up in New Jersey which is where he originally tried to get help for his addiction, finally coming to Florida he was able to get sober. He has worked in the field of addiction since 2013 as a licensed interventionist and assisting in the admissions process. Being in recovery himself, Joe can relate to and aid others in the recovery process. He helps clients with the entire admissions process including tours of our facilities for clients and family members, transportation arrangements, and getting clients settled once they arrive. Joe understands the days leading up to admitting into a facility can be stressful and aims to make the process as comfortable as possible for clients and their loved ones.

Dr. Alison Tarlow is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the States of Florida and Pennsylvania, and a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP). She has been a practicing psychologist for over 15 years. She began her career as a Postdoctoral Resident at The Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders, specializing in the treatment of women’s issues, including Post Traumatic Stress, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Addiction. Dr. Tarlow developed a successful private practice in Boca Raton, Florida, and began consulting for treatment centers and programs throughout the South Florida area. Before joining the clinical team at Boca Recovery Center, Dr. Tarlow was the Clinical Director of an organization for three years, and was responsible for the development of a medical detox facility in Palm Beach, and two substance abuse treatment facilities (in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida). She has specialized training in a variety of evidenced-based practice, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Dr. Tarlow is also a Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator in the State of Florida, and incorporates this experience into her work with clients and their families. Dr. Tarlow has written numerous articles on the topic of substance abuse treatment for Sober World Magazine, and has presented at conferences and training events throughout the United States.

We begin each client interaction with a quick, confidential phone screening. This free service allows us to learn more about where you’re starting from and what your recovery goals look like. Your admissions counselor will ask a few questions about the addiction you’re facing, your treatment history, and your financial situation. We’ll also share more about what Boca Recovery offers to determine if we’re the right fit for your needs.

Following the phone screening, we’ll create a custom treatment plan based on your specific needs, goals, and expectations for recovery. We’ll also help you determine which Boca Recovery Center is best-suited for you. In addition to our Springfield facility, we can also connect you with any of our centers across the country, including our locations in Florida, Indiana, and New Jersey.
We’ll work with you to develop a plan that incorporates your preferred treatments and timelines, keeping you informed and empowered throughout the process.
