Residential Addiction Treatment in Bloomington, IN
The drug epidemic has triggered a public health crisis across the U.S. and Indiana is experiencing the same challenges. Abuse is not limited to illegal drugs like marijuana, cocaine and heroin. Many people also have problems with prescription drugs like pain medications, barbiturates, antidepressants and benzodiazepines.
Residential or inpatient treatment is an important component of drug and alcohol rehabilitation. To date, Boca Recovery Center has helped more than 5,000 people overcome their drug and alcohol addiction and we rank in the top 10% of all rehabs in the U.S.
There is an increasing need for quality care to address the growing number of people with drug or alcohol addiction. Our Indiana rehab center near Indianapolis offers inpatient and residential programs using effective evidence based treatments to help you create a foundation for sustainable recovery.
Benefits of Inpatient Drug Rehab in Indiana
Significant benefits are associated with inpatient drug rehab. These include living in a highly structured environment that helps you focus on sobriety. At Boca Recovery Bloomington, our Indiana inpatient treatment program offers several treatments and services. Typically, the first step is medical detox with FDA-approved prescription medications to help you withdraw without experiencing potentially life threatening complications.
Prescription medications can also help correct chemical imbalances during therapy to foster a more effective therapeutic environment. We customize your treatment plan based on a comprehensive evaluation. Your plan might include counseling, therapy and education.
Many people with a drug or alcohol challenge also have a co-occurring mental health condition like depression or anxiety. We provide a dual diagnosis approach to treatment that is far more successful than addressing the conditions separately. Finally, your support does not end when you leave the inpatient program. You are connected with community services and tools that help you continue your recovery journey.
We treat a wide range of substance use disorders. Depending on your needs, your individualized plan may include support for:
Clients working to overcome heroin addiction can access targeted services through our heroin rehab program.
Those struggling with fentanyl misuse benefit from specialized care available in our fentanyl rehab program.
Individuals affected by methamphetamine use can receive structured treatment within our meth rehab services.
Individuals with opioid addiction receive comprehensive medical and therapeutic support in our opioid rehab program.
If you prefer a more private and comfortable setting, enhanced treatment options are available through our luxury inpatient program.

Services
While you're at our residential drug rehab you have access to several services that address substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our luxurious accommodations include amenities to make your stay more comfortable and holistic therapies to address more than your symptoms.
Medical detox is typically the first step. Our clinicians focus on safely managing withdrawal symptoms as your body clears the drugs from its system. This helps stabilize your physical health and reduces the risk of complications. Medical detox is not a standalone solution but provides a foundation on which evidence based therapy and holistic approaches can build.
Medication assisted treatment is the effective combination of medication with counseling and behavioral therapies to treat addiction. MAT helps manage cravings to make your recovery more attainable. It is an evidence based approach to reduce the risk of relapse and improve your overall quality of life.
Evidence based behavioral therapy addresses the psychological aspects of substance use disorders using treatments like cognitive behavioral therapy. This helps identify negative thought patterns so you can change harmful behaviors. You’ll also build self-awareness and resilience to help you manage stress without relying on substances. Because it's highly adaptable, we tailor the approach to meet your needs.
During individual sessions, you can explore challenges and set personal recovery goals. Group counseling fosters peer connection and reduces your experience with isolation while family counseling addresses the dynamics within your family unit. Together, these create a holistic framework for rebuilding relationships damaged by substance abuse and helping you to maintain your sobriety.
Our educational programs empower you with knowledge about addiction and recovery. You’ll learn the science of addiction, how to develop healthy coping strategies and relapse prevention techniques you can use as you transition into the community. Understanding the effects drugs have on your body and mind better equips you to make informed decisions.
Holistic therapies complement traditional addiction treatment by addressing the whole person - mind, body and spirit. The strategies in your program might include nutrition, sleep hygiene, exercise, yoga or art therapy. Each helps to balance your health, fostering resilience and giving you valuable tools to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
