Are you interested in short-term residential treatment for drug and alcohol addiction? Are you looking at 28-day rehabs near Pompano Beach? Boca Recovery Center may have what you’re looking for. Who Should Consider 30-Day Rehab in Florida?
Our 30-day drug rehab is for people who are ready to change and who want an efficient and effective way to reach their goals. It can provide the impactful experience that launches your recovery journey into motion.
Our 30-day inpatient rehab in Florida may be a good fit for:
Those who suffer from mild to moderate addiction and can stabilize quickly through our medically supervised drug detox program in Florida.
Those who are ready to make big changes and want the added comfort, privacy, and amenities found in our upscale luxury rehab center.
Those who prefer focused treatment for opioid use disorder and may benefit from the structured support offered through our dedicated opioid rehab program.
Those seeking help specifically for drinking, who may require the specialized care available through our comprehensive alcohol rehab program.
Those who want deeper healing but still need a shorter format than extended stays, with the option to transition later into our longer, more immersive long-term residential rehab if needed.
Those who belong to the LGBTQ+ community and feel safer in affirming, culturally competent care offered through our dedicated LGBTQ rehab program.
Those whose addiction is connected to mental health concerns and would benefit from integrated support through our dual diagnosis treatment program.
Those who require privacy due to their career or public roles and may be better served through our discreet, high-support executive rehab program.
The advantage of short-term drug rehab is that the compact length of treatment is relatively quick. It is comparable to the recovery time from having a surgery. This timeframe can make it easier to discreetly take the time from work. Another advantage of short-term inpatient drug rehab is that it separates program participants from the environmental triggers that may be present in their homes. The time away gives individuals the opportunity to create new habits and coping strategies.
It is natural to have reservations about committing to rehab even for a short time. It may be uncomfortable to be away from home for any time period. Daily responsibilities may be hard to set aside even for thirty days. While these sacrifices are not trivial, considering them in light of the damage that addiction can cause to work and relationships may offer valuable perspective.
If you’re undecided, Boca Recovery Center can provide you with a consultation to help you assess if 30-day inpatient rehab is a good fit.
Comparing Short-Term Inpatient Rehab Programs to Longer Treatment in Florida
Long-term addiction treatment programs may benefit people with more severe addictions. They allow for more time to manage complex care and case management needs. People with home environments that are less conducive to recovery may want more time to prepare for their return.
A short-term rehab experience condenses a full program into a shorter amount of time. This is a good option for people with mild to moderate addiction or those who want a more focused experience.
The short-term 30-day inpatient program has been shown to be effective at helping people reset their habits and learn new ways to engage with life free from substance use. It is the best balanced and most efficient option for people who can only commit to a shorter length of time.

What to Expect
Here's what you can expect from our 30-day inpatient drug rehab program at our Pompano Beach facility:
The first step of inpatient rehab is to make the initial phone call. From there, our staff will guide you through the pre-screening process. During this process, we will gather information and make a unique treatment plan recommendation for you.
If you’re planning to use insurance to help cover the cost of your stay, our trained staff can help verify your benefits. Many plans also require prior approval. Attending to this step early on can help your inpatient admission process go more smoothly.
Upon arrival at our residential rehab center in south Florida, participants start with an orientation and a tour of the facility. Boca’s trauma-informed approach informs every aspect of the program starting with the admission process, helping to put newly-arrived patients more at ease.
Boca’s expert staff leads participants in individual and group sessions using evidenced-based therapies. Patients learn the causes of addiction and how to address these needs in their lives. Our staff is on hand to support clients as they start to apply new skills.
Program participants learn about the importance of healthy leisure and how to incorporate it into a recovery oriented lifestyle in our 30-day inpatient rehab programs. Health-promoting activities like yoga foster the body/mind connection.
Nutritional counseling teaches clients the importance of healthy nourishment to laying the foundation for good health. People who go through this program come away with a deep understanding that mind, body and spirit are all one and all essential to recovery.
The recovery journey continues for Boca clients after their initial inpatient stay ends. Boca clients can expect that they will continue to be supported in their recovery with aftercare that can include counseling, medication and support groups.
