Residential Mental Health Treatment in Bloomington, Indiana
If you are living with anxiety, depression, trauma, or another mental health condition, you do not have to wait for a crisis to get help. Our Bloomington facility offers residential mental health treatment, allowing you to live on site while focusing on your emotional wellbeing.
Mental Health as the Primary Focus
You do not need a substance use diagnosis for admission to our program. Our Bloomington facility accepts individuals whose main concern is their mental health. The conditions we most commonly treat include anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We also treat bipolar disorder and schizophrenia when symptoms can be safely managed in a residential setting. Upon admission, our team of professionals will discuss and recommend the best treatment options for you.
What Your Stay Looks Like
Our residential treatment program is housed in a comfortable, home-like setting and is not a locked facility, unlike a hospital psychiatric unit. A typical stay is about 30 days. During your stay, you will have ongoing psychotherapy in both individual and group settings, along with medication prescribed and managed specific to your diagnosis and individualized needs.
Care That Starts With Understanding You
Treatment begins with an in-depth medical and psychological evaluation. You and your team will discuss your history, current symptoms, and desired outcomes. This conversation shapes an individualized plan that is specific to your needs.
When Substance Use Is Also Part of the Picture
If alcohol or drugs are also a part of your mental health struggles, our team of experts is qualified to address both issues simultaneously. Learn more about dual diagnosis treatment in Bloomington.
