Jake Bresky grew up on Long Island, New York, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo. He moved to South Florida and has called Delray Beach home for the past 10 years, later completing his Master of Business Administration at Florida Atlantic University.
Jake has worked in the addiction treatment field for seven years, starting out answering messages on Facebook before working his way up to Director of Admissions at Boca Recovery Center. What keeps him in this work is the difference he gets to witness firsthand: the way someone looks and carries themselves walking in the door compared to who they are by the time they leave. Some of his most meaningful moments come years later, when he hears from people he helped along the way and learns they are still doing well. Jake is just as invested in the growth of his team, and he takes pride in helping each member develop in their role.
In his spare time, Jake is happiest at home with his wife and son. He has been a New York Knicks fan since birth, and after waiting a lifetime for it, he is still celebrating their 2026 championship run. He is also passionate about live music and will rarely turn down a show, whether it is a small local venue or a cross-country trip to see his favorite band, Phish.
