Intensive Treatment Without Leaving Home
Our PHP offers about as much treatment time as you would get in residential rehab, but you still have your evenings and weekends at home. You’ll come to our New Jersey treatment center in Galloway for six hours a day on weekdays and three hours on Saturdays. This gives you ample treatment time to develop the habits and growth that will make sobriety sustainable, but you don’t have to put your life on hold or find overnight child care.Treatment Lasting as Long as You Need
All of our treatment plans are customized to our clients, and that includes the length of your treatment. Your PHP could last anywhere from a few weeks to months, and you can step down to lower levels of care whenever you’re ready, not just when a certain amount of time has passed.

Our PHP is just the beginning. This is where many of our outpatient clients begin, and some clients step down from our detox and residential rehab to our PHP. But as your partial hospitalization program fosters growth and stronger sobriety, you’ll be able to step down to lower levels of care while still staying with the same treatment center. This includes our intensive outpatient program as well as our standard outpatient therapy.
Our treatment is driven by science-backed techniques that have been found to be effective for substance use disorder, so you can know that you’re getting the gold standard of treatment. We use established techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy within a combination of individual therapy, group counseling, and family counseling.
Mental health and substance use are inextricably linked, so whether or not you have mental health concerns, we’ll work with you to improve and strengthen your mental health during your treatment program. We have a knowledgeable and multidisciplinary staff, including psychiatric specialists who can manage any medications you might need.
One of the biggest challenges for so many people in recovery is that their friends and family members haven’t experienced addiction and don’t know what they’re going through. That’s why it’s so important to have a community of peers in recovery who know you uniquely in this way, and we foster this type of community in our outpatient programs.

Before you begin treatment, we’ll work with you to conduct a thorough assessment of your circumstances and your needs. This lets us identify what you most need to work on in your treatment and what skills we can help you with to best benefit your sobriety, and to create a custom treatment plan for you.
Unlike many PHPs, our program doesn’t have a set length. Instead of “do this for 16 weeks and then you’re done,” you can be in treatment for weeks or months depending on what you need and how your program progresses, so you can rest assured that you won’t be pushed out of the program when you’re not ready. Everything is based around you and your pace.
