Kathryn began her career in treatment over 12 years ago, starting out as a Behavioral Health Technician. Since then, she has been promoted to various positions, including Case Manager, Admissions Coordinator, Family Program Coordinator, Clinical Coordinator, and Program Director. In 2016, Kathryn joined the team at Boca Recovery Center in the role of Program Director, and quickly moved to the position of Executive Director. Kathryn brought the facility through Joint Commission Accreditation, and also helped to develop our Detoxification and Residential treatment program in 2019. In 2020, Kathryn was given the role of Chief Executive Officer, and she is currently working to open new facilities around the United States for Boca Recovery Center. Kathryn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, and is also a Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC) with multiple years of experience in the field of Substance Use Disorder treatment. Kathryn is currently attending Florida Atlantic University as an Advanced Standing student, as she seeks her Master’s Degree in Social Work. In her free time, Kathryn is strongly involved in the program of Alcoholics Anonymous, where she sponsors women and provides service to the recovery community.
