Bilal Simms is a Licensed Clinical and Drug and Alcohol Counselor in the state of New Jersey. As an Internationally Certified Clinical Supervisor Bilal serves as the Clinical Director at our location in Galloway, New Jersey. With over 17 years of field experience, Bilal has provided service at all levels of care before finding his niche at the Detox and Residential levels of care. Having successfully guided dozens of novice clinicians and interns to licensure and certification credentials, Bilal is also a coach, teacher, and trainer, as well as an administrator. Bilal not only finds a passion in guiding our patients to sobriety but also in guiding counselors to develop and master their craft. Bilal brings a skillset unmatched with a creative style of leadership that fosters a learning environment.
